Professor, Head of the Master’s in International Relations of the Georgian Institute of Public Affairs (GIPA)


The course brings together the most prominent and successful cases of public administration and diplomacy. It describes and analyzes the times when national interests are protected and promoted the development of all spheres of government, under very adverse circumstances, mainly because of the good diplomatic skills and astute strategy.
