Creating a modern business model requires flexible strategic planning that allows taking all these risks into account. Nikolay will tell about how approaches to entrepreneurship are transformed and what tools will help you to implement an integrated business strategy. You will learn to think positively about change, easily rejecting traditional ideas about the business environment. You will arm yourself with tools that minimize the risks of volatility and help to turn any difficulties into opportunities.
– How to analyze the dynamically changing conditions of the world and plan your actions? Students of this module will learn innovative business model Strategyzer and will try to apply it to their own business ideas and companies. Also we will master the skill to create “value propositions”, taking into account the costs of their implementation and the real needs of customers.
